I'm with most folks here. this isn't the kind of place where this extensive subject can be addressed as you have asked besides we have no real context to work with. Every organization has a culture, the Testing needs to fit into the culture you are in as well as achieving an objective (or set of objectives). We don't know the user base, organizational goals and objectives, risks, is it cloud based or not, is it built on a commercial platform or built from scratch, etc, etc, etc.
May I ask the purpose of the discussion?
